I contacted Sebastian on 17th October 2024 about a leak on my property plus other plumbing problems. Within an hour a  team arrived & in 2 hours they traced & repaired the leak, replaced 3 basin taps and fitted a garden tap! They also tried to clear a blocked toilet. Another team arrived the following morning and checked for a blockage with a  camera. They advised me that there was no blockage & that the toilet needed to be replaced. I received a quote the next day and in no time the toilet was replaced. Both teams were friendly & efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Sebastian and his team are super efficient and professional. I had a burst geyser this early morning. He immediately answered my call, booked a call-out with his guys who arrived just after 10AM, diagnosed the issue within 10-15 minutes and replaced a whole geyser in just over 2.5 hours.
